We surprised the kids and took a vacation to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Sea World at the end of February. The weather was perfect, maybe even a little bit hot at times. Sage and Lafe had never been and the older kids were quite a bit younger when we took them. We all had a blast and can't wait to go back again.

Girls and their curls!

I am not much of a hair stylist! My girls are lucky to get their hair combed let alone curled. I decided we would get some sponge rollers and give it a try. We put them in Saturday night in hopes of easing my load on Sunday morning. They looked so cute and it was definitely easier to get them ready. I haven't done it since then though. I just never think of it early enough on Saturday night to get them in.

Isaac had his first science fair on February 12th. He did an experiment to see if the shape of ice will change the rate that it will melt. He found out that shape does determine melting rate. His flat ice melt much faster than the other shapes.

Here is his display the day of the fair. He worked very hard on the project and was glad for it to be over.

Isaac fell asleep like this on his bedroom floor. This was in the middle of the day after a sleepover with his cousin Braxton. They must have stayed up pretty late.
